Service Description
Every session is individualized to the clients needs. I have training anywhere from Swedish relaxation massage to myofascial release and structure specific massage work for injuries to muscles, joints and connective tissues. My work covers a broad spectrum, from specific, deep bodywork to very subtle (yet potent) techniques, such as lymphatic massage for inflammation. It's catered to maximize your experience and the lasting effect on the body. Massage is known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, flooding your body with Oxytocin, Serotonin, and other happy chemicals. Breast massage can be added to this session, with a consent form filled out prior to the start of the session.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact 48 hours in advance if possible. Cancellation fee is applied within 24 hours of cancelling or rescheduling.
