I work with people through all phases of their journey looking to integrate self-care, healing and overall well-being.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I gravitate towards structural specific bodywork, which targets specific areas of the body to help with pain, imbalances, and tension release from daily use, although I do enjoy integrating more gentle, subtle and potent techniques such as pelvic & abdominal work, myofascial sensing and Lymphatic Facilitation to balance out the deeper hands-on (or feet-on) work.
My passion is to help people discover their body’s potential & assist in healing from
-surgery
-birth
-chronic & acute pain
-low energy
-mild anxiety &/or depression
...and various other changes within the body. Each bodywork session is unique and tailored to the client, in whatever stage of life they are in to ensure our sessions are effective & useful. My sessions connect to the breath, soften the body through specific hands on work, and provide you with the tools and knowledge to continue to take care of yourself at home beyond our sessions.
I'm a birth admirer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and mother of one resilient toddler. Today my practice is mainly in Edmonds, WA & I have a newer secondary location in the town of Snohomish, WA.
If I'm not in my bodywork practice, you can find me hiking with my family, eating Thai food or listening to some of my favorite podcasts!
